Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your VICI finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be deducted from your final store credit amount.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and processes your return, you will receive an E-Gift Card via email to use on your next VICI purchase.
